No sports background. No early athletic success.
Just a guy who struggled to feel at home in the gym—until something clicked.

Once I committed to training, I never looked back. What started as a personal challenge turned into a passion, and eventually, a career

That mindset led me to some of the best coaches in the industry, where I studied the principles that actually drive long-term results: movement quality, nervous system control, and smart progression.
